Hamdi is an independent consultant based in Yogyakarta. He has extensive experience in advising companies in several industries on boosting organizational performance by developing people competencies and organizational capabilities.
Hamdi manages relationships with several client organizations in
Indonesia. He has successfully designed and implemented solutions for
organizations to address business needs like organizational development, people competencies development, performance management, employee engagement, personnel management, talent management, job analysis, and leadership development. He has deep expertise in analyzing the
relationships between HR metrics and business performance. He has helped
several clients to better understand & articulate the value of HR metrics
by demonstrating their impact on key business outcomes such as labor cost
efficiency, profitability, etc. Some of the companies that he has advised in
