Bio
Donny Allen is a Broker/Owner and agent with Keller Williams Realty of Southwest Missouri located in Joplin, MO. Donny began his real estate career as a salesperson with a franchise company in 1996. Donny holds 11 Designations, 4 Certifications, and the Commitment to Excellence endorsement from the National Association of Realtors. He has been teaching, training, mentoring and coaching agents for more than 25 years.
Donny is a graduate of the 2006 Missouri Realtor's Leadership Academy, and the 2017 National Association of Realtors Leadership Academy. He was inducted into the NAR RPAC Hall of Fame in 2017 and the REBAC Hall of Fame in 2019. Donny Served as President of the Ozark Gateway Association of Realtors in 2008 and he has served on numerous committees, PAGs and output groups at the local and state levels.
As you can tell, Donny is a hard-working Realtor who lives to help and to serve at a high level in his chosen profession. Donny also has a passion to serve and protect his Realtor family. Donny is a national speaker for Realtor Safety and Security. Donny has years of training in martial arts and weapons and is an NRA approved instructor for Home Firearm Safety and Basic Pistol Shooting. He is an approved A.L.I.C.E instructor as well. ALICE is an "active shooter" response program. Donny served on the NAR Safety Advisory Committee in 2021 as a Subject Matter Expert.
