Bio
I am a new addition to the 55+ senior group. I came across Banning, CA by accident, stopping for gas/grub i noticed this town was chock full of seniors. Seeing older mature faces at every turn made me stop, take note, check it out as they say, maybe a place to retire -- so many retirees here in Banning, CA.
Well, big move later and i'm now in Banning, learning the desert lifestyle, hope to find a story (or two), learn how to blog, and learn about desert living. I think i've come to the right place to do all the afore-mentioned. You know how your elders love to talk about their past, right? Give them a moment and some will run automatic for an hour, no stops, really. This is as good a place as any to capture some of their stories. What’s good, what’s not, how to pass time when you’ve hit the golden year mark, basically 55+centric.
MISSION: And that’s why i started this blog. It is said, you can learn a thing or two from your elders. So that’s what i’m gonna set out to do, learn a thing or two and share :o) Why? Life is more fun when it’s shared.
