Doug & Cari Anderson
Cari graduated from Santa Clara University in 1996 with a B.A. in English. She started working in the mortgage industry in 1995. She has been a processor and underwriter since 1997 and since that time has been a delegated underwriter for many banks and investors. In 2007 she received her Direct Endorsement from HUD to underwrite FHA loans. She also has experience processing reverse mortgages. All this has given her a broad understanding and knowledge base of nearly every facet of the mortgage industry from origination to closing. She now hopes to bring this advantage to her client base.
