Bio
Basically, I am just an ordinary guy who was ambushed by Jesus over twenty years ago on the campus of the University of Colorado in Boulder. I've been trying to work out the details ever since, mainly at the intersections where faith meets real life. Some of those intersections have been profoundly difficult or even painful such as flunking out of college, losing my first child, or watching a church I was trying to plant go down in flames. Other intersections have been places of incredible joy like the day I married my best friend or the births of my children or being invited to pastor some of the most amazing people I know. No matter where my journey takes me, I am trying to cultivate a deep awareness of God's presence in every single moment.
