Bio
Dorian Phillips entered into the entertainment world as a Correspondent for And That's What's Up television show which began in 2006, and aired on Time Warner Cable Channels 14 & 96 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Within months of working with ATWU, Dorian Phillips began working his charisma and landing opportunities for ATWU within the City of Milwaukee. His First local break came In the summer of 2007, V100.7, a local division of Clear Channel, opened its doors to And That's What's Up television show at their annual Jam 4 Peace concert. While attending Jam 4 Peace, musical artists were questioned not only about their careers but were also asked to give words of encouragement for communities struggling with poverty and violence. As a result of this show ATWU, became a huge success and one of the most popular shows on Time Warner Cable locally.
After a successful award winning 4 year stretch with And That’s What’s Up TV, Dorian Phillips decided it was time to branch out on his own in the world of television. In March of 2011 Dorian Phillips created Dorian P’s Top 10 Video Countdown and was immediately afforded opportunities to work with the McDonald’s High School All-Americans and the Soros and Frats at the 2011 Sprite Step-Off Regional Finals & Finals. His goal is to help inspiring music artist get recognized not just in their local areas but across the nation as a whole.
