Bio
We are Amelia Shaw and Drew Snider -- the name "Snaws" was coined by a friend of ours after we got married -- and we live in Vancouver, BC. Amelia is a consultant in public engagement and facilitation; Drew is assistant pastor at Gospel Mission on the Downtown East Side and also does Media Relations for TransLink. Between us, we have five children -- all living on their own -- and we live with our 3 cats and a puppy. Not long ago, we discovered Maui and bought a lovely place, which we rent out to people. On this blog, you'll find pictures and impressions and comments from people who've stayed with us. Before we went there -- which was the first time for both of us -- friends who had been there used words like "paradise" to describe it. They did not overstate the case.
