Bio
I have dealt with addiction for 3 years now, although I have had addictions probably all my life. I post online on Facebook pages frequently about Compulsive Overeating, Alcoholism, and the effects of alcoholism on Adult Children of Alcoholics. Someone suggested that I start a blog and publish these essays and stories. I hope you are challenged and inspirited by these writings. Namaste.
