Bio
I am a Physical Therapist and Gymnastics coach located in Boston, MA. I was a competitive gymnast for 18 years, 4 of which competing collegiately. I am involved with coaching and treating gymnasts from novice to elite. I also run a educational company called SHIFT Movement Science, which services to help those interested learn more about movement science, performance training, and injury prevention.
