Bio
ELC is a Supplementary Education Program whose aim is working for positive
Change in our Community.
ELC target young people from primary to secondary levels who have not benefited from mainstream education.
ELC also supports vulnerable families through mentoring, general advice and donations.
We have specific women’s projects which will be a great benefit to the East London Community.
