Bio
I want people to have a life - rather than just an existence of survival. However most people are at a loss of really where to start. We didn't come with a guidebook on how a human being works, however there are some really simple practices that can turn of life of reaction, stress and managing, to a life of intention and engagement. Phew - sounds big, but hey I have spent over the last 20 years searching - and researching - who we are, how we work and what it really means to be human. And it is training - you don't just click your fingers, go a diet, do a few exercises, buy it off the shelf and Voila. it is about learning the wisdom - that is already there.
My foundation training was in Physiotherapy over 20 years ago.
I take an intergrative approach which encompasses many different techniques. My aim is to restore the bodies balance and natural function which includes - but not limited to - our gut function, physical structure, our heart and brain function.
We aren't just meant to survive as human beings but thrive and engage with life.
