I am a nurse psychotherapist, Nutrition Coach, and NBC-WHC board certified Health Coach by day, and the owner of SeattleDirectCounseling.com (now Wix site Imei Hsu Counseling and Coaching) and MyAllergyAdvocate.com, making food fun again for people with Autoimmune Disease, Food Allergies, food intolerances, Chronic Illnesses, and all those who are on a medically-necessary diets. Ironman Mont-Tremblant and Ironman Canada Finisher. 100km ultrarunner. Still crazy about cats and home cooking, strength training, ukuleles, and pajama pants.
