Bio
I'm a Los Angeles-based B756 Captain for United Airlines. I've worked extensively in the field of aviation safety and security, serving in various capacities at United Airlines and the Airline Pilots Association (ALPA). I represented United Airlines as co-chairman of RCTA SC 221, whose objective was to develop federal guidelines for airplane flight deck secondary barriers systems. Our committee completed it's work in September 2011, culminating in a document which outlines guidelines for commercial aviation secondary barrier systems.
