Bio
Michael has been an industry innovator in the HR recruiting space for the past 15 years. In the late ‘90s, he conceived, designed, and built the first Web-based talent management system at HireSystems/BrassRing. BrassRing, one of the founding SaaS-based ATS solutions, is now owned and operated by Kenexa. The system Michael designed is still used today by scores of Fortune 500 companies.
Since then, Michael has worked with hundreds of companies to help them leverage Web-based technology. He is an expert in the recruitment marketing space and daily helps organizations leverage the latest cutting-edge strategies and technologies to build out successful recruiting programs and processes.
Prior to BrassRing, Michael was co-founder and CEO of Millennium Productions, an Internet ISP based in Cambridge, Mass., where he led the technology, sales, and client services groups.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from the Florida Institute of Technology.
