Bio
My love of rug hooking began when I was a child and admired my grandmother's rugs. I started hooking in 2011 and haven't looked back. This is a heritage craft that has touched my soul in a way that no other art form has , and I have tried many. I love experimenting using new materials, although most of my work is using the traditional linen and wool.
I live in the Western Mountains of Maine where I am surrounded by beauty everyday. I have three grown wonderful children along with their partners, a loving husband, a sweet grandson and grand-daughter who have stolen my heart. And as the name implies, I started out my blogging and rug hooking life with two cats and one dog. I am on the look out for another dog now, since sadly, I had to say good bye to my last one. My life is full, busy and blessed.
