I have been civic active all my life but not all that political. "Caring is what it's all about." Most of us cannot run for public office, but we can all be responsible citizens and do out part in stewardship. With today's challenges, it is exciting to be a part of the solution and not always adding to the dilemmas.
Fairfield ,Connecticut native, lived in KY and NC for many years and happy to be back in Connecticut, in Vernon, near husband's Wethersfield/West Hartford roots.
Widowed from a Wellcome Foundation Executive, and Viet Nam Veteran and Officer with USACE, some years ago, and fine, our two grown Children do well. Peter is an Executive with the Heart Corporation for many years in San Francisco and now in Houston, Texas. Daughter, Amanda is an executive with the American Cancer Society, formerly in Meriden Connecticut and now at the White Plains NY office.
Both are seriously committed and weddings coming.
I like music, fitness, and reading, and of course , arts, arts, arts - And America!
