Bio
JODY E. ELLYNE has over 30 years of marketing, branding and public relations experience in a variety of industries including telecommunications, entertainment, chemical and oil, engineering, museum and consumer products. She started Ellyne Communications in 2001 as an independent marketing and communications consultant, offering custom and creative marketing solutions.
Ellyne Communications has evolved to promote quality business values and strategic marketing approaches for clients requesting distinct and innovative solutions. Attention is directed to client needs, budget parameters, project delivery deadlines and creative approaches.
Ms. Ellyne’s versatile project background incorporates the areas of strategic business planning, project and program management, marketing communications, advertising strategy and campaign development, website and social media content, executive speaker placement, and qualitative and quantitative marketing research.
She received her Master of Science degree in advertising and Bachelor of Science degree in design from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign. She also pursued post-graduate studies at The Wharton Executive School of Business in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and Loyola University in Chicago, Illinois.
Throughout her career she has won numerous marketing awards at international competitions for print, video and marketing communications projects. In addition, Ms. Ellyne was a 1986 Rotary International Foundation Business Fellowship recipient, composing the first-ever female Rotary Exchange Team. She traveled and studied in Egypt and Bahrain to help promote good will between nations.
Throughout her career, Ms. Ellyne has served as a distinguished judge for several international marketing and design competitions, as well as a board member on a number of community foundations and local organizations.
