Bio
I live in the beautiful province of Alberta with my husband and three boys. Growing up near the mountains, I’ve enjoyed countless hiking trips and quad riding, creating songs to keep sane on the trail. I have a BFA in Theatre, initially aiming to be a playwright and director. Soon friends were asking for manuscript critiques and I discovered my love for editing.
Interests: All of my favourite books are speculative fiction. I can’t get enough of science fiction, urban fantasy, dystopian, and magical realism. I enjoy a voice with a natural and realistic feel. I tend to prefer young adult and new adult because the voice is often easy to relate to, raw, and full of personality. I am also interested in other genres. Just give me a character I can connect with and I’m yours.
