inter-spirituality, "finding our indigenous soul," learning about diverse integrated natural systems-starting a farm with her husband&implementing our vision, loves people, plants, stillness, dancing, sustaining, cooking, collage/artwork as a meditation and as a practice in gift-giving. a student of rhythm-vibrations in the forms of breath, flute, voice and frame drumming (tar and riq), recovering from ACL reconstruction surgery and continuing physical therapy/recovery. engaged with the edges of internal/external fear-scarcity patterns in day-to-day life.
