<strong> I have learned a lot about true law and statutes and now know the difference. I learned that a state judge, in the Fifth District Court of Nevada violated the Hobbs Act and committed a felony in front of me, for telling me to hire an attorney. BAR attorney's are members of the court, they never challenge jurisdiction, while I have no problem challenging jurisdiction of the court. You learn by making errors and correcting those errors. Remember attorneys call it 'practicing law' , but most still haven't perfected the system because they are still practicing.
<strong> Unlike the local yokels I have had cases in Supreme Courts and even in the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals; there is no higher court in those cases but the U.S. Supreme Court.
<strong> I worked as a Prosecutor for a Native American Tribe in a Code of Federal Regulations court; that make me a ex federal prosecutor, but unlike them I am not a member of the BAR association, not bound by their courts' jurisdiction, not willing to send you into that jurisdiction.
