Bio
Erin works with organisations on developing customised leadership program content and driving high performance outcomes. Erin also designs diagnostic surveys to measure and monitor team and organisational health and then embedding the feedback received into tangible outcomes for the project and organisation. She also collaborates with organisations on designing internal marketing campaigns to drive employee engagement. Erin has a passion for people and their development which she is able to fulfil through coaching. Having previously worked on large high profile infrastructure and security integration bids in both Australia and the Middle East, she provides assistance in Collaborative Contracting. Erin also held the role of Office and Marketing Coordinator for Rising Sun Pictures as well as being Production Coordinator and Television Project Manager for an Australian media company and is accredited in Human Synergistics Life Styles Inventory (LSI) and Group Styles Inventory (GSI). She has completed a Bachelor of Arts (Communications) from the University of South Australia.
