Bio
I’ve spent more than two decades in Retail Management, and the Hospitality Industry working with, and learning from the service giants. I’m a customer service guy, but I know it takes more than just smiles. I’ve increased sales, and created environments where people enjoyed working, and customers enjoyed shopping.
