Bio
Dr. Green is dual board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and by the American Board for Preventive Medicine and has been practicing primary care for the past 15 years. She has a medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine, trained at St.Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis for her residency, and completed a fellowship in clinical informatics at Regenstrief Institute She holds a graduate certificate in clinical informatics from Oregon Health & Science University. She has experience in chronic care management such as diabetes, hypertension, chronic pain as well as behavioral health issues including anxiety and depression.
