Bio
Hello there, fellow reader!
My name is Hiba Outa. I’m a proud Lebanese with a fearless and ambitious heart. I’m here today because of my curiosity and determination, always driven to explore the unknown and challenge myself.
Whether it’s storytelling, sharing thoughts, or discovering new perspectives, I embrace every opportunity to learn and grow. I’m excited to share my journey with you, and I hope you’ll join me on this adventure!
My journey as a poet began in high school, where my love for poetry flourished and led me to pursue a degree in English Literature & Language. Winning first place in the Lebanese Ministry of Culture’s “Creative Writing” competition for English Poetry ignited my aspiration to write a book, despite financial hurdles delaying its publication. Undeterred, I launched a website at the age of 18 to showcase my poems, journals, and stories, demonstrating my resilience and determination; for am fond of raising awareness and enlightening others.
Beyond writing, I’ve been an active community leader, supporting organizations like the Lebanese Red Cross and advocating for animal welfare and human rights. My vision is a world where humans and animals coexist harmoniously, driving me to make a positive impact through service and advocacy.
I see myself not just as an award-winning poet, but as a symbol of resilience, determination, and compassion. Self-belief has been key to my journey, empowering me to embrace challenges as growth opportunities and guiding me through successes and setbacks alike.
