Hi, I’m Essy—Catholic wife, mother, and Carmelite soul with Azorean roots and a love for sourdough bread, beauty, grace, and storytelling through a lens. From Bread to Grace began in my kitchen, where sourdough and prayer came together in quiet rhythm. This space is where I share reflections on Eucharistic living, motherhood, and the holiness of ordinary life. I believe grace rises like bread—slowly, faithfully, and meant to be shared.
