Etty Burk has a 20-year track record of high-impact cross-cultural HR leadership experience and is an expert at fostering high-performance organizations. Before founding her consulting firm, Etty was CPO (Chief People Officer) at a VC backed renewable energy organization. Her prior roles include VP, HR and Chief Talent and Learning Officer and head of quality management at premier Academic Medical Centers, and global leadership roles in talent, transformation, and organizational development in biotech, finance, and publishing industries.
Etty partners with leaders in developing organizational structures and building environments that enhance morale, inclusiveness, and profitability.
Etty has extensive executive experience in the following verticals: medical/healthcare, life sciences, publishing/media, and renewable energy. She has deep domain knowledge in creating high-performance organizations, cultural integration, creating high employee engagement environments, restructuring, executive recruiting, and executive coaching.
Etty is passionate about translating business goals into talent management and recruitment strategies, enhancing performance, and increasing the competitiveness of her clients – the organization, teams, and individuals at all levels.
Etty is currently working on projects that reinforce her enthusiasm for creating inclusive environments. These include conducting an organizational survey that focuses on what enhances performance and helps us feel valued and appreciated at work and is writing a children's book focusing on the topics of tolerance and differences.
