Bio
Evangeline was a Short Story Channel Manager and provider of help and guidance to newcomers to Helium, a site for writers. Evangeline wrote her first short story about a horse and a girl in the fifth grade, and has been writing ever since.
She is a certified Small Animal Massage Therapist graduating from The Northwest School of Animal Massage therapy in 2005 and is an experienced pet sitter. Active in rescue, rehabilitation, and re-homing puppy mill survivors and homeless pets for more than 20 years, she has a great degree of knowledge about all types of companion animal issues. Presently, she runs the day to day operations of a large pet sitting company called Fetch Pet Care of Chandler/Gilbert, and is a free-lance writer.
Evangeline is retired from a 30 year career as a Mammography Technologist and a Breast Health educator. As a volunteer spokesperson for the American Cancer Society's Breast Cancer Control Committee, She worked at educating both the public and medical professionals about the benefits of regular mammograms in reducing breast cancer mortality.
Evangeline has always explored and pondered the intricacies of living, love, and the pursuit of a happy, joyful life. This blog is a further attempt to share and obtain more thoughts about life.
An avid cook and baker of varied eclectic, and ethnic cuisines, she will share many recipes in this blog site.
