Why are blog posts not appearing as they are created?

when I insert a picture into my blog, the next picture is always the same.

Why is my first image appearing in every image space throughout my post?

My photos are repeating on the blog when they are different in the post.

Inserted image correct in "Edit" mode but wrong in production/published site.
