Bio
I am a qualified and experienced learning and development professional specializing in leadership / management development and business coaching.
I have worked in the chemical, oil and pharmaceutical sectors since 1988 and have run my own business - Executive Alliance Training & Coaching since 2010.
From 1995-1997, I lived and worked in the Middle East and for a period of almost 7 years I was responsible for the delivery of training in 20 European countries for a blue-chip company.
I firmly and passionately believe in the benefits of personal and professional development. We can all take steps to achieve our true potential. But the only one who can take those steps is you. We can support you and help you along the way ... for positive change.
