Bio
This is about living on a "farm" outside of Seattle. I use quotations because it's not a real farm. A real farm is 100+ acres with fields of corn, or wheat, or soybeans and numerous people spending all day, every day trying to produce crops to pay the bills. This is not that kind of farm.
This is 12 acres in the Patterson Creek natural area off of Highway 202 outside of Redmond, WA. If you're from here you realize that means about 25 minutes from downtown Seattle.
But we have horses. Does that count?
And a three year old that loves to play and get dirty.
So this is about the horses, and three year old, and what it means to be a mom who loves nature, the smell of hay, and can sometimes be found shoveling horse poo in her flip flops.
