Southcoast Advisors, LLC, serving as a partner in the enterprise, which holds ownership in various real estate entities managing, constructing, planning and developing major Florida Real Estate projects.
Wilson has also served as a limited partner developer with a Tampa based real estate enterprise who produced, constructed, and sold to life insurance companies and pension funds, a number of 100,000 to 400,000 square foot retail shopping centers priced from $10 million to $50 million during the mid 1980’s. Wilson is currently a Florida licensed real estate broker.
Wilson served on Board of Directors on financial institution and insurance company boards of directors for over 15 years, and other key constituents. Member Royal Trust's merger and acquisition team of 6, a then $35 billion global bank, Royal TrustCo (Canada).
Managed regulatory affairs, transformed a Federally Registered bank holding company to a public filing enterprise.
Served as Chairman or member of executive committees: Loan, Credit, Credit Policy, ALCO, Executive, Compensation.
Served as Vice Chairman and C.E.O. for a Federally registered Commercial Bank. Wilson possesses executive level experience, as Chief Credit Policy Officer, at the Bank and Holding Company levels, Senior Lending Officer, in Banking enterprises, and served as Director for several banking and non-banking enterprises.
