Bio
Hey guys! I'm a web developer/tester but I decided to set up a self development blog to help give practical advice about how to improve yourself and really use your mind to your advantage.
In my journey of exploring how you can turn your mind into a powerhouse, I've learned a whole host of techniques and self belief methods that I'd love to share.
I also am an avid martial artist, having done Taekwondo, Wing Chun and now starting Shaolin Gong Fu, I've been fortunate enough to understand discipline, confidence and life skills from these arts.
