Bio
Pastor Felix Ortinez is an ordained minister of the United Pentecostal Church Philippines Inc. and has served at various capacities for the Central Luzon District. He is a graduate of the Apostolic Center for Theological Studies (ACTS) and has also taken modular courses in Cyber Programming from Systems Technology Institute (STI). At present, he is the Apostolic Men's Department District Secretary and also serves as United Pentecostal Church Phillipines Pentecostal Publishing Commission Representative for Region 1.
