Bio
I am the director and founder of Ferranti Empowerment where I work diligently as a mental skills consultant for youth athletes, coaches, and teams. From my experiences competing at a high level in sport, I have learned to utilize the mindset of a successful athlete to continually strive for excellence as a mental skills consultant. Additionally, with an M.A. in Sport and Exercise Psychology and a B.A. in Psychology from Princeton University I am motivated to contribute to the growing literature on mental skills training and performance enhancement.
