Bio
The mission of the Foster Grandparent Program is, "To provide, promote, and encourage intergenerational relationships benefitting the old volunteer and the child."
The Foster Grandparent Program enables low-income persons age 55 and over to remain physically and mentally active and to enhance their self-esteem through continued participation in meeting the needs of local communities. Our Program makes it possible for children with either exceptional or special needs to improve academically and emotionally.
