Bio

Chairman & CEO of Abgenial Systems, Inc., a company I co-founded with Jacoby Thwaites (CTO) in August, 2005. Previously, CTO and co-founder of Active Software, Inc. (Nov. 1995), which went public in 1999 and merged with webMethods (WEBM) in 2000.
