Bio
Starting in 1998, Flatfinders began which has won several awards over the years. At first, clever advertising drove in the business. Then due to our ability to continuously get our customers housing quickly and happily most of our business became word of mouth referrals.
A few years later, we were getting calls from owners that were facing foreclosure as we were in a downward part of the real estate cycle.
Several companies were created from Flatfinders. Some have continued on into the present and some have fallen by the wayside. The Apartment People and Ron Jon the Apartment Mon was born. Gordy Properties was born. Texas Equity Alliance was born and had a peaceful death. Vantage Residential Equity was born and going strong.
In essence leasing is our forte. We know leasing very very well.
We specialize in 78704, Downtown, 78741, South, Southwest, Class A Properties, Dallas, Houston and San Francisco. We know the landscape all really well though. Its a difference between driving a moped and a Cadillac. I would much rather be driving the Cadillac. But if you want to drive the moped then that is fine too as its considerably cheaper.
