Bio
I have been raised in a retail family environment and have raised 3 girls. Currently Self employed Graphic Designer 2014 Photographer and Reflexologist Having studied many natural therapies enables me to help other individuals wishing to promote themselves. I have completed Diplomas in Herbal Studies Graphic Design and Photography and Reflexology. Herbal Studies was my first passion and then I found reflexology and a combination of these therapies gave me tools to look after my children s basic ailments which previously I was often at the Doctors for and learning new skills helped me keep the medical bills down and encouraged me to look at the bigger picture. Over the years I have found Doctors and Specialists were still part of the picture. Stress and anxiety has been a huge part of the big picture and there are many ways one can help relieve their stress. Artwork, Massage,Reflexology, Natural therapies, Physiotherapy, Photography, CranioSacro therapy, Osteopathy Chiropractors, Podiatrists, Opticians Zero Balancing Counsellors Flower Essences and many more.
