Bio

I am a lady of a certain age who has lived long enough to have had many life experiences, high and low. I have probably learnt something in my time of earth, though I'm not actually sure what. One thing I do know about is how to live with on going depression! Hence, I have decided to do a weekly blog on the self same subject.
