Bio
Laurie Campion is a State Certified Nutritionist from Bauman College of Holistic Nutrition. She has offered Nutrition Counseling for the last 15 years in private practice and with health centers in Marin and Sonoma County.
Her clients include referrals from physicians for better eating habits, health issues and weight loss. Psychotherapist refer clients who may benefit from improving their diet to support their mental and emotional well being. Tutors refer students with learning difficulties to improve their diet for cognitive support.
Laurie worked at recovery centers educating the residents how nutrition stabilizes emotions to support long term recovery. Her services include home visits to organize kitchens for a healthy lifestyle. She has also offered educational talks on the role nutrition plays in ones life to various groups and health professionals.
