Scott Carroll is vice president of Marketing & Communications for Lutheran Social Services of the South, Inc. LSS is a 501(c)3 nonprofit providing help, healing, and hope to those in need since 1881. Serving primarily the states of Louisiana and Texas, LSS is one of the largest recruiters and trainers of foster families in the state of Texas.
