Bio
Jean-Jacques Fournier is a native of Montreal, and has been living since 2010 in the Eastern Townships (Qc) with his French wife Marianne, and two cats Zelda and Zack. Prior to returning to Canada, he lived in Vence and then Grasse, city of perfumes, in the South of France for eight years.
In the process of reinventing himself numerous times, his penchant for the language of poetry seemed best suited to express emotional experiences.
His first three books of poetry were published while still living in Grasse namely Issues - of black and white - in 2007, Matters - of body and soul - and Images - in shades and shadows - followed a year later more or less each until his sixteenth book of poetry in 2019 called Love - by any definition .
