Bio
Francine Spiering is a food & travel writer with a kitchen diploma from Le Cordon Bleu Paris. She lives in Houston where she is the editor of Edible Houston and board member of Slow Food Houston. She's also the author of Houston Cooks, a cookbook in the series City Cooks by publishing house Figure 1 Publishing.
