Bio
My name is Jo-Ann Howell.
I graduated from Southampton University (UK) with a Bachelors degree in Maths and French and then a Masters degree in Operational Research before moving to the French Alps where I worked as a bilingual receptionist for the Ecole de Ski Français for 3 years, whilst also being on call as an interpreter for the local Police.
From the Alps, my husband and I moved to the south coast, where I have held a number of bilingual positions, from executive PA to renovation site manager working closely with French contractors, but where more importantly I have fully experienced life in France - including buying and selling property and vehicles, employment, self-employment, unemployment, and the health system to its fullest extent.
My education, language skills and experiences over the last ten years uniquely qualify me to understand your administrative problems, answer your questions and help you find the solutions you need in order to enjoy real peace of mind in the beautiful, but challenging, country that is France.
