Bio
My goal is simple: to bridge the gap between Software Engineering and Database Development through the entire application ecosystem.
With over a decade working with different database flavors, I have experience in data engineering, database engineering, and developer advocacy. It is my passion to figure out how to best optimize and scale database systems, contribute to open source projects as well as empowering and educating developers on cloud infrastructure, best practices.
I am a Google Alumni (Xoogler) and most recently former Senior Database Engineer at 1Password.
As a Developer Advocate at Google, I supported and engaged with the developer community through content, code, talks, and demos. At 1Password my responsibilities were to improve the performance and reliability of the data layer.
