Bio
My husband and I will have been married 20 years, soon (in 2016). We've shared great hardships and amazing joys together, disappointed one another and found our way to loving forgiveness, countless times. There's no doubt we would do anything we could for each other, and that we share a love that is beyond our own. It, surely, is Jesus' love.
I have two sons, three step-sons (my husband's "boys"), five daughters-in-law (yes, all our sons are married), six grandsons and one granddaughter. Each one is a treasure to me!! I wish we could all live near each other (but not too near).
I assist my caring, brainiac, self-employed husband when I'm able. I say, "when I'm able" because I handle many health challenges. The biggies are metastatic cancer and Type 1 diabetes (for 25 years).
My working years consisted of a wide variety of fields and focuses. My favorites were in client services and employee training, which were in IT, lending/banking, human resources and retail sales.
For many years I enjoyed serving as a volunteer minister to the elderly, a hospital chaplain, a licensed pastor/preacher-in-training, and Biblical counselor.
