Bio
Before I was born, when GOD created me, GOD said to me: "Thy name art 'Gary' for thou art formed to be a most powerful Prayer Warrior extraordinary and magnificent." (Gary means Prayer Warrior in angelic language.)
So, I graduated seminary with a Master of Divinity Degree and a 9 month full-time internship in Clinical Pastoral Education in the first nationally chosen class of 6 to be allowed for seminarians. I earned a second master's degree in Counseling Psychology. And, I was educated as an US Army Chaplain. I became an Ordained Elder of the PC(USA).
My ministry was primarily as an addiction rehabilitation spiritual therapist.
I'm retired on SSI after 5 years on SSDI Disability Retirement.
I'm now a well-seasoned man-of-God. Since "retirement", I've been on "The Walk to Emmaus" 4-day weekend spiritual retreat. I've been inside a maximum security prison for a 4-day "Kairos Prison Ministry" spiritual retreat. I'm starting a second career as a freelance creative Christian writer - published in the March/April 2012 issue of "The Upper Room" daily devotional magazine. As a lay theologian I'm beginning to write the "TheologyLite" blog. And I'm a volunteer international prayer warrior of the Upper Room Ministries.
I've been a covert agent for Christ my last 50+ years and I am a most powerful Prayer Warrior Extraordinaire. My name is Gary.
