Bio
Natalie Davis is the editor and publisher of GDPR PEACE (http://gdprpeace.com). Davis operates Grateful Dread Peace Media, an activist/journalism nonprofit community service venture that includes Grateful Dread Public Radio - GDPR REVOLUTION99, the Armchair Activist effort, and the Goldman Mill Peace Project. Additionally, she is co-founder and moderator of the Baltimore Activists Coalition and involved with Brand New Congress. A print, web, and broadcast journalist for more than three decades including stints with the Baltimore Alternative, the City Paper alternative weeklies of Baltimore and Washington, AOL Patch, CBS Radio, and Sirius Satellite Radio, Davis' journalism has appeared internationally and has been honored by the Society of Professional Journalists and the Vice Versa GLBT Journalism Awards. Currently, in addition to her newspaper, Web and radio work, and activism, the Baltimore native and mother of two is working on books covering kindness and the history of lynchings in Tennessee. Her book, Ferguson Career Guide: Real Estate, co-written with Kelly Tomkies (2011) and is available on Amazon.
