Bio
• A little about my self, my education was spent at a variety of schools around the British Isles, due to my father’s specialised work with nuclear reactors, ending at a naval boys school in north Wales. From there I joined the Royal Marines travelled the world extensively working with united nations forces, developing an interest in different cultures and human nature. Then a police officer with the metropolitan and Sussex police forces, working closely with multiracial communities, again covering a broad spectrum of activities from the very young in schools to the elderly, becoming involved in every aspect of police work where its sometimes very difficult to comprehend human nature to simple care in the community. It was during this time that I studied psychotherapy and hypnotherapy qualifying in 2002, I firmly believe that with a little help and encouragement some of our worst fears can be overcome, only then can we can start to rebuild our lives, learn to live with a tragic loss or affliction. the Journey Gentlepsychotherapy offers the chance for those who wish to take it, to decide what path their lives will take, to come to terms with hurt loss anxieties or even betrayal, because hurt and upset can take many forms. By seeking help you are already taking the first steps to recovery. I will do all I can to help and guide you during this difficult time, help you find the confidence that deep down you already posses.
