Melissa Adams is the Technical Communicator on staff at Stanton Adams Consulting she began her career in Market Research as a High School, and upon graduation immediately jumped into the business world full time. In 1999 Melissa became an Industrial Production Manager, for the State of New York Department of Industries. While there she devised methods to use personnel and capital resources to best meet production goals, minimizing down time by 10%. In 2003 Melissa Adams helped Rosen Publishing expand its sales arm and develop new products and departments. Duties included developing policies, managing daily operations, and planning the use of materials and human resources. Served as supervisor to management teams and functioned as primary trainer of sales reps. Today Melissa’s expertise comes in handy when it comes to designing materials and products that will bring value to her clients. As co-founder of Stanton Adams Consulting she takes pride in providing quality, credible research materials that will engage employees as well as offer reliable information.
